1) From the EXERCISES section: practice pg 3 of the Fishin' Hole sheet and also practice both sheets in the keys of A and E from the KEY SIG REVIEW LINK below
2) From the TUNES section: practice Chameleon with headphones/écouteurs (you want to hear the recording very clearly so that you can imitate the sound and style).
